Migrations

Migrations are guides for moving an existing project's chunk corpus forward when the workflow's principles, schema, or templates evolve. Each migration is a focused, reproducible procedure that converts the corpus into the current standard while preserving every chunk's architectural intent.

Migrations are designed to be operator-led at the start and agent-driven at scale. You walk the first few chunks personally to build confidence in the agent's judgment, scale to small parallel waves once the pattern is clear, then hand off to full automation once the work is mechanical and the rules are tight.
